Event First-Aid Cover

Face 2 Face Medical Ltd provides bespoke first-aid services to a wide variety of clients regardless of location, time of day, weather condition or risks involved.

Staff

All of our staff are handpicked, background checked, (including DBS checks), trained in company policies annually, and are then spot-checked for competencies.

Insurance

We are fully insured for the tasks which we carry out, including:

• Public Liability
• Employer Liability
• Medical Malpractice

Copies of all our insurance certificates are available upon request.

Locations

Our teams have operated in a wide variety of locations.

We can set up in anything from fully functioning buildings, to creating temporary first-aid posts using portable gazebos and cabins.

We ensure that we have excellent access to and from our treatment facilities, and if necessary can deploy specialist screens to ensure patient privacy is achieved. Maintaining our core company value of discretion.

Vehicles

After much analysis into event first-aid cover, we have developed a strategy of response to patients. Face 2 Face Medical Ltd utilises 4x4 vehicles, cars, motorbikes, mountain bikes and foot patrols to respond to emergency calls. We aim to deliver a highly trained care provider directly to the scene of an accident, regardless of the terrain involved.

Once onsite our staff will stabilise, treat, and if necessary evacuate the patient to a suitable location for onwards care.

Our Operational Support Units carries a modular array of equipment to respond to a multitude of emergencies, including communications, environmental, specialist medical retrieval and crowd management.

Equipment

Face 2 Face Medical Ltd invests heavily in using the correct equipment, for the correct task.

All of our staff receive bespoke training, mentorship and are then assessed as competent – prior to being placed operational.
