" Brilliant care, brilliant bedside manner, took no risks but managed to get me back on the road".
C Bain, Participant - 132km Endurance March
“Andrew is a multidisciplinary team player, equally at home within the strategic or the operational scenario. He has experience that can be called upon at short notice in both arenas. This is reflected in excellent customer and patient care, all of which are performed with efficiency and good humour in an excellent business-like manner, whether working for himself or within a voluntary organisation”
M Shea, Immediate Medical Trainer.
“I worked with Andrew both in an emergency control room environment and as under his direction as a paramedic resource. I have always been impressed with his attitude and positive interaction with staff, colleagues, patients and stakeholders”.
J Birdseye, NHS Paramedic
“Andrew was always a pro-active controller, who enjoyed challenges faced with the resources available to him. Added to this he possesses a good sense of humour”
A Battye, NHS Paramedic Officer
“The guys were really impressed last night and after meetings today I’m going to be looking after booking external support for both medical and security – there will be a lot more work coming your way”
C Elborough, Theme Park Security Manager.
Andrew helped me run a charity event – Uniform Day 007 an event to mark 100 years of scouting, this involved the RAF Royal Flight landing onsite, the Royal Marine Commando Display Team, the Royal Navy, several police forces and many more, with calm professionalism and humour. I look forward to the next event”
I Henderson, Event Organiser.
“Thank you so much for your hard working during the Worlds, thankfully there were no major incidents, however I felt more comfortable knowing you and your team were around! I look forward to working with you again in the near future”
R Crossman, Event Organiser.
“Andy, without the professional medical support and care that all members of the Rifles teams, that completed the FM over the past years received, we may not have made it through the 5 days to run/ walk each day”
Captain Bill Holland, Royal Green Jackets Rifles, British Army.
Face 2 Face Medical are the voluntary support for the Forces March, one of the UK’s top endurance events. They give their time freely. They treated me on day’s 3, 4 and 5 of the event with the utmost professionalism, care and cheerfulness. Always on call and would travel anywhere on the route to attend to the participants. If it wasn’t for the excellent treatment from these people I would estimate 50% of the participants would not have finished the event.
Great Team, great assistance.
Tim Astill, Royal Artillery, British Army.
“Many thanks for your most valued service, enjoy Christmas and we look forward to seeing you in 2015.”
J Shepherd, Lions Club UK
